So far I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and the experience has been great. From the friendliness of the sales consultants to the finance managers. I had a great experience with VP. I originally thought that I wanted one vehicle but found that it would be a little more out of my price range than I originally thought. I am about to turn 57 years old and have been leasing/buying cars most of my adult life. I have always hated the process for various reasons, the salesmen who is looking to make big bucks becaus leasing/buying cars most of my adult life. I have always hated the process for various reasons, the salesmen who is looking to make big bucks because of your inexperience and the long hours it takes from the time you walk in the dealership and when you drive away are two of the reason that made me less than happy to buy a new car. Well I have to tell you that my experience the other day with leasing a new Honda was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. The salesman Mohammed was personable, very attentive and while he negotiated a great deal, he was very attuned to the customer's needs. I walked into the showrooom at about 4 PM and was driving home at 6:30. That has never happened before. I have been in other dealerships for more than 4 hours just waiting to complete the process. In the past it always seemed as if the dealership knew they had the upper hand and didn't care whether you were inconvenienced - NOT SO AT METRO HONDA!! This place is amazing, my son was stuck on his way home from scohhl last Sunday, they took him in and got his 2003 Civic running in less than an hour. You always hear nightmare stories of being stuck on the road and being taken advantage of, NOT at Metro they we quick, honest and know their business. My only regret is that we don't live closer, because I would definitely use them for all my car servicing. More
