Thank you for the response. I’m more than willing to resolve this, but the issue isn’t unclear—it’s already documented. I was quoted $479/month (and told it could be beaten) by your team prior to coming in. Based on that, I: Provided full trade details Submitted a credit application Came in ready to finalize the deal Once I arrived, those numbers were not honored or even verified, and no one made a meaningful effort to escalate or resolve it on-site. Since then, I’ve also reached out to the same representatives who were actively communicating with me earlier, and I’ve received no follow-up. At this point, I’m open to continuing the conversation—but only if we’re working off the same numbers that were used to get me in the door. If that’s something your team is willing to stand behind, I’m happy to reconnect.
