⭐☆☆☆☆ – Bait-and-switch. Don’t waste your time. I had a terrible experience with Metro Honda. I spent the entire day communicating with their team (Hakima, Charlainne, etc. Don’t waste your time. I had a terrible experience with Metro Honda. I spent the entire day communicating with their team (Hakima, Charlainne, etc.), provided full details on my trade (2025 Acura MDX, photos, VIN, payoff), and was clearly told their GSM could do $479/month and even beat it. That’s the only reason I came in. To be clear—we already had the numbers. I was coming in to: Have them look at my trade Finalize paperwork Complete the deal We even submitted the credit application ahead of time. Once I got there, everything changed. The salesperson I dealt with (Genaro) acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and immediately started explaining why the deal couldn’t be done. No effort to verify anything. No attempt to contact the team that quoted me. His excuse? The people I spoke to were “in South Jersey.” So what? It’s 2026—call, text, email. That’s not an excuse. Instead, he positioned himself like the final authority and shut everything down without offering any real solutions. After wasting my time, I left. On the way out, he actually ran outside—not to fix the deal—but to ask me not to mention him in the review because he “had nothing to do with it.” That tells you everything. Bottom line: They’ll say whatever they need to get you in the door—but don’t expect them to honor it when you show up. I was ready to sign that day. They just couldn’t back it up. More
