I went in for a free winter check up of my car because there was a squeeling noise from the front wheel. I knew it was the break pads but shocked to hear it costs 279$ (with free installation) for replaci there was a squeeling noise from the front wheel. The agent, Juan, was exaggerating that they were original Honda pads with life time warranties, blah, blah, blah. When I asked him why the original brake pad with the car did not carry life time warranty, he tried to cover it up saying this was offered by metro honda... I asked him for 5mins and googled on brake pad prices in my iphone and found they were no where close to 279 and told him I would check few other options outside. Then he was trying to tell me that those brake pads would not even last for a week and he was ready to pay $100 as a bet. I walked off. The next day I called their parts selling department and I was told it would cost me 77$ and this was even more shocking. I wanted to talk to the manager and I was told he was busy and he would give me a call later. I even told them that I would write reviews about them on the internet but to no avail. These guys charge ridiculously higher amounts. Dont ever go to MYMETROHONDA, you will only lose your money. I have to tell you this too - I was quoted 2900$ for extended warranty on my car whereas DCH Honda quoted only 1800$. So beware beware. Do you homework before you go to them, so that you dont fall prey to their brainwashing - these selfish idiots. More

Metro Honda is by far the best Honda service dealer in the ny and nj area. The facility is clean, organized and the people know what they are talking about. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the best salesman I have ever encountered over my many years of leasing vehicles, Mario Calle. He is the salesman everyone looks for wh dealing with the best salesman I have ever encountered over my many years of leasing vehicles, Mario Calle. He is the salesman everyone looks for when walking into a dealership. The knowledge of the vehicle, friedliless and effectivness was incredible. He did everything I would expect out of a saleman and more. Communication was great and when we picked up our vehicle he was standing outside in 20 degrees and snow to make sure we didnt have any questions before we left and helped us with all our settings. The salesmanagers were available to speak to not in a back office where you never see them. Very personal friendly service. Looking foward to returning in 2 years for my next vehicle. Mario made it a point to let us know if there was anything we had a question about after leaving not to hesitate to call him and he would help with anything related to the vehicle. Worst worst worst ... been sitting on my papers for 3 weeks now and car is not delivered. Customer service is the worst. They have no clue about financing details. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Old car had just been totalled and I was looking for a good deal. I purchased my car here over a month ago. First of all the price is too high, compared to other dealers. It just so happen that they are closest to my place that's why I decided to go for it. Jerry, first sat me down and asked what I was looking for in terms of options, model, price range, new versus used, etc. and walked me through all of the various steps while taking his time to explain what was the best avenue to go with considering my current situation. He took his time just to hear me out without pressuring me to do anything I wasn't willing to do. Although the process was not an easy one because of the situation I was in; and at times I felt like I was not going to be able to get an approval for any car new or used for many many years, Jerry was always positive despite the many negative answers given to him at the time. He was very confident, motivated and was always in constant communication with me about the whole situation despite the negative. And boy were there many negatives. He went over and beyond to make sure that the outcome was the best possible outcome for me and that I felt content. Nevertheless he worked very closely with the finance Manager Marcus to push for an approval, without either one ever losing hope that in the end I was going to be a very happy customer. Indeed I have to say that I am more than happy. A few years ago when I went shopping for my first car I walked into Metro Honda as a referral from a friend. I was very pleased then as they helped me find the right car for a first time driver. Six years later I walked in again, and not only was the experience, once again great, but the service and effort to help me was beyond my expectations. Would I recommend Metro Honda and Jerry Melo to my friends, colleagues and relatives? Without a doubt. How would I rate customer service at Metro Honda and Jerry Melo? Well, lets put it this way. On a scale of 1-100%, I would give a 250% rating. I have to add that when I walked in to Metro Honda, I was hoping to see the sales rep that sold me my first Honda as he too was extremely helpful. I learned that he was no longer there and in turn I met Jerry, who was not only as great as the one that sold me the first Honda, but dealt with my situation better than probably anybody else would have, given the circumstances. Before I finally decided to get another Honda, I tried a very popular dealership that offers to get approval to anyone regardless of the situation. I would have to say that I felt like they didn't even wanted to sit down with me and explore all possible avenues and truly made me feel very discourage. However I decided to give it another try at another dealer, which was Metro Honda and as I said before, from the minute I sat down to discuss my situation, I felt not only heard, but also as if I was part of the Metro Honda family because of the way I was treated. Once again, the situation was extremely difficult and negative, however, the extreme work done to make me happy and get the approval needed to meet my needs have left me to once again not just to be happy but Overly jumping with joy.
