Beware !! This dealership gets you in by quoting a lower price and claims to better other dealership quotes. What it fails to mention are the unbelievable amount and number of fees that get added on at the price and claims to better other dealership quotes. What it fails to mention are the unbelievable amount and number of fees that get added on at the end. $279 in documentation fees, $198 Window etching fees, Credit processing, online registration...The list goes on...totaling more than $500 !!! they add destination to thier qoute 710!! not included in the quote!! they dont explain why! they use that you dont know to RIP you off Be very careful with siging any paper there without knowledge. WE DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HONEST ..ALL THEY CARE TO LOOK GOOD GET HIGHT SURVEY I would not advise any customers to approach Metro...or if you do, be prepared to be shell a whole lot of money on 'Dealer Fees' !! THEY MAY SEEM NICE FRIENDLY BUT THAT IS TO GET YOU THERE HOWEVER, MONEY WISE WATCH OUT WHAT ARE YOU SIGINING FOR Totally untrustworthy and not reccomendable !! More

We were looking to buy a new Honda Civic and were promised that they will beat or match our other fully documented dealer quote....Since Metro was closer to us...we trusted them and decided to give it a try....The sales person, Dwight, first offered to match the quote...and then started adding all these ridiculous amount of fees, saying that they are all Standard to a contract !! It was a total waste of time !! I would not advise any customers to approach Metro...or if you do, be prepared to be shell a whole lot of money on 'Dealer Fees' !! Metro Honda is the dealership to go to for non-pressured car sales. The sales staff did not pounce on me like other dealerships that I've gone to. I am an owner of 2009 CRV. Love it! Was on internet looking for Civic for my daughter. Saw ad with Jerry Melo. Loved it! He is an amazing and talented individual. I am taking the time to write this review for Metro Honda in Jersey City because I was so pleasantly surprised with the recent car-buying experience that I had there last weekend. The dealership was pretty in Jersey City because I was so pleasantly surprised with the recent car-buying experience that I had there last weekend. The dealership was pretty busy on Saturday, but that did not take away from the attention I was given by my sales person, Ellis. He was so knowledgeable on all of the models which was perfect becauase I was undecided on getting either an Accord or a CR-V. Ellis was also extremely patient with me and all of the questions that I had for him -- he made my mom & I feel so comfortable with our final decision. I am going to refer my friends & family to Ellis Tavarez at Metro Honda. Thank you to Ellis & everyone at Metro Honda for making my first car-buying experience a great one! More

My relationship with Metro Honda started online browsing through their cars. I was contacted the next day by Omar for a test drive. As I walked in to the showroom, I was greeted with a smile and received a through their cars. I was contacted the next day by Omar for a test drive. As I walked in to the showroom, I was greeted with a smile and received a warm welcome. My sales person was Justin Ramos. Walking in, I knew exactly what I wanted, only needed to work out the financial part on a limited budget. Justin worked on all the details and within an hour I drove out of Metro Honda's lot in my brand new car! :)He made me feel in charge of the situation. He actually asked me what would I need done on his end to drive out of there in a new car. I gave him my terms and he mad the impossible-possible. What I appreciated about Justin was, that he really made me feel welcomed and comfortable about the entire process, and he seemed to genuinely care. He even recommended a better way of getting rid of my old car to get more cash in return. I bought my 2010 Accord coupe there a little over a week ago, and I was contacted by both Justin and his general manager twice to see how things are going, if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Metro Honda, they made smile ear-to-ear :) More
