My rating is a reflection of my service appointment at this dealership on 9/17/21 and any other time before. Since I became a Honda customer in 2018, I visited one other service center and had an horribl this dealership on 9/17/21 and any other time before. Since I became a Honda customer in 2018, I visited one other service center and had an horrible experience. I decided to come here and I usually work with Elvis when he’s available. He is always kind and straightforward about my service needs. I don’t feel haggled when he explains services needed as he always points out the priority of any needed work. He is also considerate of my time and tries to get me out as quickly as possible. Lastly, there is a new service manager/director who was equally attentive. I believe his name is Pete, if not I apologize. However, he is very noticeable because out of the 3.5 yrs I’ve been coming here, I’ve never seen service director waiting in the service area being available to support his team and greet customers. Great Job! More
