I have been getting service at this dealership since 2022. I stopped by November 2024 as the A/C was blowing hot air. I was told the service performed was to replace the condenser under warranty. This time I was told the service performed was to replace the compressor under warranty. I called this past Monday June 2nd to speak with the service manager and schedule a service appointment for same issue. I was told the service manager is "too busy to come to the phone". Appointment made for Wednesday the 4th at 12:30pm. I showed up on time and spoke with Rachel in service. I explained this is my 3rd time for this same issue. I was told a diagnostic would be done and I stated I would wait. At about 1:10 pm I was told the condenser has a leak but it is "too late in the day and the tech wont have enough time to do the service". I was asked if I can you leave the car or bring it back 1st thing in the morning? I stated I will leave the car. The next morning around 11:10am Rachel calls me and tells me the tech has sealed the leak and recharged the A/C system. She also stated that tech told her this issue may happen again. She also stated that since the dealership has replaced the warranty items, they will not replace them again. I was given the option of leaving my car for another day for further diagnosis. I stated It is just past 11 am and there is time to check whatever needs to be checked today. She said let me talk to the tech and call you back. The callback I received was basically the car is ready, and I have the key when you are ready to pick it up. I picked up the vehicle and to further push my patience I had some spare change under the armrest and that was taken. It's not the amount it's the principle. This situation has me feeling a few things: 1) It's under warranty "we are not making money off this customer". 2) How is 1 pm in the day " too late to do a service?" 3) If it was an associate's vehicle it would have been taken care of 100% by at least the second visit. 4) Don't leave anything in your vehicle you don't mind losing. What happened to "do it right the first time" and or customer satisfaction is top priority? More

The customer service was really poor . I was to told my véhicule was ready. Once I said I would wait for the suggested services since I am not ready financially. the lady hold on to my pay I was to told my véhicule was ready. The dealership lacks transparency and honesty in their policy. The don’t respect their words and wait until they provide you with the expensive service to charge you extra.
