Prior to coming to Metro Lexus my wife and I went to a number of other dealers. It's not that the other dealers were inferior, and not that the other salespeople we dealt with were unprofessional, its ju number of other dealers. It's not that the other dealers were inferior, and not that the other salespeople we dealt with were unprofessional, its just that Tori and Metro Lexus blew us away. Tori is simply a wonderful person. Tori is knowledgeable, of course, but she listens, she simple listens and the suggests solutions to our concerns. The folks at Metro Lexus all treated my wife and I like important, not a sale to ne made but more like a relationship to be nurtured. I can't imagine that there could have been a better car buying experience. More
