I was interested in a certified used Lexus TX and saw that Lexus of Cleveland had one. When I showed up, Dave Kantor greeted us and helped us with the one I saw online. When I got in the car, I realized that Lexus of Cleveland had one. When I showed up, Dave Kantor greeted us and helped us with the one I saw online. When I got in the car, I realized it did not have a sunroof. Although I felt that I would be fine without a sunroof, Dave could tell that I really did want one and spent the time to figure out what was important to me in a car. He said that it is really important to have the features that you really want so that I can enjoy the car to its fullest. He took the time to look into the inventory at Lexus of Cleveland and found a car that might be a better fit. It ended up being a car coming off the loaner fleet. It is absolutely perfect (and it has the sunroof)! Now that I have the car, I realize how important this was to me. It makes the car feel so much more luxurious. Dave was right. He could pick up on my reaction and body language, and guided me to the car I really wanted. Not only is he great at sales, he took the time to get to know my family as well. He is extremely personable and you can tell he really cares. My son is in the playoffs for football and he was even tracking the game! I went into Lexus that first day and when I came home, I told my husband what an amazing experience it was and that he would really like Dave. The next week I went back with my husband and when we left, my husband even said what an amazing experience that was. Chris Harrah in the financial department was great too! He spent the time to find the best rate, willing to talk / communicate outside of work hours and also extremely personable. It makes the car buying experience so easy at Lexus of Cleveland. Thank you, Dave, and all of the other staff for making our experience at Lexus of Cleveland such an amazing one. Even the celebration they do when one buys a car makes it extra special. More

He took the time to answer our many questions, helped us understand the different trim levels and options, and kept us informed throughout the entire allocation and delivery process. What stood out most was his professionalism and transparency. He consistently followed up, provided updates when the vehicle status changed, and worked hard to help us locate the exact configuration we wanted. Even when questions came up regarding pricing, vehicle information, and delivery timing, Michael was always willing to help and never made us feel pressured. When our RX finally arrived, everything went smoothly, including the paperwork and home delivery arrangements. We truly appreciate Michael's dedication and customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Lexus. Thank you again for making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
