10 year customer, worst service I've received not coming back. There was an issue with my odb2 port and there was no offer to investigate what the issue was. I was not informed that GAP coverage was not included into my lease until I had already signed the contract and the management team did not come out of their office to meet, greet or congratulate me on m into my lease until I had already signed the contract and the management team did not come out of their office to meet, greet or congratulate me on my new purchase. This was suppose to be a happy day for me and it was more stressful than I could've ever imagined. Whenever I've purchased a vehicle in the past the manager would come out and at least introduce himself but I received absolutely NOTHING from the Mazda team although it sounded like they were having a party with all the screaming and laughter coming out of the managers office. No snacks were even provided during our long unnecessary wait (5 hours). This will be my first and last time EVER purchasing or doing business of any kind with this car brand. The new finance guy "Jose Duran" tried to help as much as he could because he knew that we were dissatisfied with our visit and he wanted to try to put a smile on our faces. The entire Management Team need to be replaced with some New blood because the whole car buying experience for me at Mazda was Stale. I will Not refer my family and friends to this dealership because they will not receive the quality treatment that they deserve. Do Better Metro Mazda of Mesquite !!! More
