I'm very disappointed with the service department. I received a gift card only to be used in the service department. I kept on receiving emails that it was due to expire soon, today I decided what t I received a gift card only to be used in the service department. All I needed was to have an oil change, fluids topped and a tire rotation. From the small print that I read on the email I knew it wouldn't cover the tire rotation, but for it not to cover the oil change because it wasn't considered a service is just wrong, in my opinion. ***FROM THE EMAIL*** *General Terms and Conditions Not redeemable for cash.
