Great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly customer servic Felix, Carlos, and Raj we're fantastic. Felix helped me with all the paperwork for returning my lease and getting a new one. Raj ensured my new lease was washed and had a full tank of gas before I arrived at the dealership. He showed all the new features of the car on an iPad and help me install the Android auto app onto my phone. He also showed how to use the hands free phone features in the car and went through the owner's manual with me. Lastly Raj introduced me to Carlos at Service. Carols explained everything I needed to know regarding oil changes and vehicle inspections. This is my third lease with Metro Nissan Montclair and I will continue to be a customer of this dealership in the future. I am very happy with the amazing service I was given. More
