Bad customer service Waited 30 min. to see a sales representative. Which there was about 20 of them when I first arrived just standing around having a pow wow. Worst customer service, they appraised my car way below market value. And showed me a few Altima overpriced at 27k. So I crossed the street and got me a way better car Q50 which was reasonable price compared to a Altima. Will not be doing future business with Metro Nissan. I will also make sure none of my friends and family don't go there as well. More

Warning! If you buy a car they are great. But the moment something goes wrong good luck they have the worst customer service and mangers just stand there witho If you buy a car they are great. Just be careful when they tell you something wrong with your car take it to another shop to get checked they will try fix things that are not needed.
