I emailed Metro Toyota not knowing which sales rep would answer (our even). I got a quick, friendly response to come in and check this car out! This morning when I was having trouble programming the garage door opener, he even drove with me to my condo to try to solve the problem (which is apparently due to the mechanicals of my garage door) and found me a fix online. Yesterday he helped me program my Bluetooth so I can do hands-free calling. I would certainly recommend Ken/Metro Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More

These are reasons that we ultimately gave him a call back, plus the fact that he was so confident in his product and did not try to trash other brands that we were considering. When it came to the financing business it was good to see a face I recognized, Brendon Zabavski. I bought cars from and trusted his Uncle and Dad back in the '90s. Brendan just proved that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree at all! More

These guys went above and beyond when we purchased our used Tedd and Jon followed through on their word, were fair, but most importantly they were kind! However, everything we were looking for was in a car Tedd showed us. It wasn't a a model that was on our radar, but it turned out to be what we needed for our family. He was very patient with this grumpy momma, always had a smile, and followed through on each of his promises. Financing is never fun. I was certain that we were not going to be given a fair deal after having tried our own banks first. Jon found us a rate that was more than half of what our credit unions were offering. It was just as easy and smooth and he said it would be. He even had Tedd call us over the weekend to ease our worries on our fiancings. We had several friends and family recommend Metro Toyota.
