"Very good customer service"

I have been going to Metro Toyota for years, and have never been disappointed. This was my first time working with Zach Niven I was treated extremely we’ll. I must say Metro and Zach went the extra mile and half for me. I have never been disappointed with the service department there. They are the ones I trust to take good care of my Toyota and me. Thank you Metro and Zach for job well done!!

"great service"

I came to the dealership for my free oil change and mentioned my truck had a font end shimmy going on and Zachary Niven helped me out WITHOUT CHARGE even though I'd missed my 3 month warranty period. I also had a nice assist from Dave Gugle and he was on vacation! Thank you both. Also, the service tech guy... can't remember his name... was very informative with my questions. Great People!

"Helping Hands"

I've been attending this dealership for almost two years, and as a person of customer service, I recognize and appreciate outstanding when I see it. From the flexibility to scheduling, to the helpfulness of all staff members, and most important, honesty. I mainly now work with Zach Niven because of his great attitude and attention to detail. I've had unexpected issues from power trunks, to mice infestation. Thanks to Metro and Zach having my back, I know that my car is safe for my family. That is what it's all about!

"When Things Go Wrong"

We're all human. Everyone makes mistakes. This morning when I showed up for a service appointment, some of what was supposed to be ready for installation hadn't been ordered. Asst. Service Manager Scott Pugsley handled the issue with the professionalism and courtesy that I've come to expect from Metro's service team. How mistakes are handled can determine the difference between customer satisfaction and customer frustration. Great job, Scott.

I have now worked with Metro Toyota for 4 oil changes and tire rotations. I have also always worked with Kevin Boonstra. His knowledge, customer service and professionalism are top notch. I would recommend Metro Toyota to anyone looking for service.
