They did an awesome job and speedy I had my old car in the shop and was given a Toyota to drive by Entrerprise Rental Service, and we dorve the Rave 4 around for a few days, and when we I had my old car in the shop and was given a Toyota to drive by Entrerprise Rental Service, and we dorve the Rave 4 around for a few days, and when we picked up our own car and returned the rental, we drove straight to Metro Toyota and bought our very own Rave4. Our experience with Metro Toyota on our second leased Rave4 , has been just wonderful with the exception of a recall on our 2015 for the power steering. We love our Rave 4 and it will be the only car for us. Jon Griffith the business manager just Great, and our salesperson Kathy Yoder were both great, and made us feel at home, with their friendly service. They both went out of their way to make it all come together in a speedy time, and We couldn't be more happier with our new 2015 Toyota Rave4. We will never shop any where else for our next car. While living in Kalamazoo, Metro Toyota was there for all my service needs with my 1998 RAV4, but as my family grew we decided to trade it into Metro for a 2005 Sienna. Both cars ran beautifully and never had any problems with either of them. Loved them both! Once again it was time for a change, my family sadly became smaller and the minivan was no longer needed. I figured that all dealerships were the same and since I had moved, I went to another dealership. But it wasn’t the same and in the end the car that I purchased had to be returned due to a non reversible error on their part. I called Metro Toyota to see what could be done and Ken Karakula answered the phone. He reassured me that it was all going to work out just fine, he checked in on me over the long weekend while waiting for paperwork to clear and dealt with my overstressed mind. On Monday, he put me in touch with Tony McAdam and the stress and fear finally began to lift. After test driving the 2012 Highlander, I knew that all the stress/grief was worth it. Will Krueger helped me with financing and was straight forward and honest about the loan. He did not attempt to include “hidden” costs and was very informative while explaining all my choices. Will was able to make me laugh and see the bright side of such a dark situation. Metro Toyota definitely works as a team and treated me like family.
