Employees of Metro-Toyota I bought a car from Metro-Toyota and there really wasn't a whole of of pressure. I probably would have ran the other way if there was, maybe they coul I bought a car from Metro-Toyota and there really wasn't a whole of of pressure. I probably would have ran the other way if there was, maybe they could sense that. They helped me through the process as I was replacing a car after mine was totaled. I had visited three other dealers, was partial to Toyota as my previous car was a Toyota and knew what to look for and what price to pay for it. I also did a great deal of online research before I made my final decision. Metro-Toyota was easy to work with and fair. One negative is that they did a credit check when there was no need to do one AND they didn't ask beforehand. More

Great Experience! I bought my pre-owned Honda Ridgeline from Metro. I came in pre-approved and ready. Tedd was great from the first test drive! He even got me a better interest rate on my loan than I was approved for. (Even Better) I had slight hiccups with the vehicle after taking it home but Tedd again was great to work with and they had me and the vehicle all dialed in with almost no hassle! They have gained a life long customer and I will refer all my friends and family to Metro-Toyota! Great Experience guys!! Keep up the good work :-) More

A fun and friendly staff! I had looked everywhere in a 75-mile radius for another vehicle online, and briefly visited a couple of other dealers. This was my first time financin I had looked everywhere in a 75-mile radius for another vehicle online, and briefly visited a couple of other dealers. This was my first time financing a vehicle rather than paying cash, and I wanted to make sure I was happy with my vehicle choice and the sales experience. Other dealers were even pushy over the phone, and I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the Metro Toyota staff. No pushy, dirty salesmen trying to get me into what I don't want here! We not only talked car, but shared experiences and talked common interests. My cranky 2-year old even had fun with them. I found the Ford Edge online, came in to drive it, fell in love, and they made my ownership happen with several financing options to choose from. Jon Griffith and Jordan Simpson were straight-forward and didn't fluff up anything, laying out all the details, and just as happy to learn from us as we were from them. We were treated like long-time neighbors, and I will definitely use them in the future. More
