Have appreciated that he doesn’t do high pressure, yet is realistic about prices. we still found the price was better than other area dealers. Bill was courteous and helpful. We did find a few hitches in the other areas related to our Handicapper plate – and suggest some internal staff education. Also considertion of changes in their protocol in service department (such as first identifying if the customer has a warranty, rather than relying on customer to self identify that after prices given). However, overall, I was satisfied, and would return; we still plan on servicing our cars at this dealer. Andrea B. More

Loved that he followed up (surprisingly so many sales people don't do that!) and that he was willing to work with us on a deal. Ken's a down to earth guy with a touch of salesman--easy to connect with and relate to and do business with. Will Krueger in the financing office was great as well when we were closing the deal. His profile on the website says he prides himself on providing a clear and efficient buying experience--right on! Will, like Ken, was easy to connect with and chat with while we were doing the business part of the transaction. Working through a few certified vehicle hiccups and inspection missteps causing a bit of an inconvenience for us--lots of extra trips to Metro or other places to get things ironed out. Throughout, Ken has been very helpful. More

Ken gave me solid information on the two cars I was looking at and in the end guided us to the Highlander that best served our need. The price was fair. There was minimal haggling because I feel Ken countered with a fair price (confirmed by KBB and Edmunds). Jon did our financing. He locked in a good rate and wrapped the paper work quickly and efficiently. We were in and out of the office in less than an hour. Granted, much of the legwork and decision making was completed before hand but it was still quicker than any other car buying experience. More
