Awesome Salesman. Excellent service. I pulled into the lot and drove around a couple of times. Jordan saw me, and walked out in the cold to greet me. He made purchasing a "used" car feel like I was buying something brand new. He treated me with respect, was patient, answered my questions and took the time to get to know me. A truly rare, but wonderful experience. He even offered me free car washes!!! Everyone in the building is friendly, courteous and polite. Thank you Jordan for being AWESOME! Good experience I live in Grand Rapids and have never been to this dealership before. I found the truck I was interested in on-line. When we arrived we found it rig I live in Grand Rapids and have never been to this dealership before. I found the truck I was interested in on-line. When we arrived we found it right away on the lot and saw that it was very clean and ready to show. Actually it was hard to believe that it was 10 years old. The next day he was there to answer any other questions and were were very satisfied with the entire process He personally fixed the seat belt clip and had the car filled was gasoline before he was satisfied.
