I contacted other dealers to see if they were able to beat Metro's offer, but none did. The customer service was good, too. Both Tedd and Will were very friendly and were not "pushy". Before I picked up the car I bought, a hail storm had made some small dings in the chrome strips around the windows. In an effort to save me the inconvenience of making another out-of-town trip to the dealer, they offered to send someone to my area to pick up the car when the parts come in, give me a loaner, take mine back to the dealer to replace the chrome strips (at no cost), and then drive my car back to me when ready. Tedd also made sure I knew all of the tricks available to get the best gas mileage out of the new car, which he knew was a priority for me. They followed up with me quickly when I contacted them as well. The car was great, too. Worth driving out of town to do business with. More
