Tedd is a true sales professional. Most importantly, he cared about my needs. He was friendly but straightforward and didn't try to nickel and dime me. The negotiation was completely finished in a very short period of time. It was easy to see that he takes great pleasure in his work and in making sure his customers are completely satisfied. After we left not accepting an offer that was made he caught us at a restaurant he recommended an hour later we another better to us offer, with us. What set this experience apart from any others was the way Tedd handled the transaction from the beginning.
