Metro Toyota

I am a Canadian resident and I bought a used 7 seats Toyota Rav4 at Metro Toyota with few thousand miles on the odo. My previous experiences with Canadian car dealers haven't always been great, however Toyota Rav4 at Metro Toyota with few thousand miles on the odo. My previous experiences with Canadian car dealers haven't always been great, however I must say it went super well with Metro Toyota. I purchased this car without inspecting it which was quite stressful, however, they are very professional and very honest in their description and I received the car in perfect condition (my local DMV inspection mechanic was impressed by the condition of the car, it really looked like a brand new car). I worked with Dan Taylor. He was accurate, very friendly and efficient. He always tried to find the answers to my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone and I would definitely come back to purchase my next car with them. Jerome More

I was greeted by Kathy upon entering the dealership. She answered all my questions and suggested that I sit in the Prius. She went on to point out different features. She offered a test drive but I was no answered all my questions and suggested that I sit in the Prius. She went on to point out different features. She offered a test drive but I was not ready to take it out that day. She continued to be helpful without being pushy. Pushy salespeople send me out the door. The next day I came for the test drive. After discussing features I wanted/didn't want, color, etc., we took out a car closely matching my wishes. While on the test drive Kathy cotinued to do helpful tutorig about the car. I put down a deposit. The next day was our first real snow so I opted to wait a day to close the deal and pick up the car. Never did I feel pressured. This is the car buying experience that I had come like at Saturn since buying my first in 1996. Now if the service department can be as great as the swevice people at Saturn always were. More

Ended up with a great deal on a great car. I was not looking for this kind of car. I wanted an economy car. The situation was meant to be and Scott found me by a mistake. I had accidentally inquired for a brand new car on the internet. I happened to be in Kazoo when he called (I rarely ever go to Kazoo). At first not interested in this car. Thought it was way to nice for a 17 year old. The car is so nice. When I called back next day Scott still had the car. They were just putting the stickers on it. We got it just in the nick of time. This is the second Toyota we have purchased with Dean Kepol's help. We returned to purchase with Dean again due to having had an excellent experience working with him the first time. Dean was again as helpful in determining which Prius model would best fit our needs as he was when we purchased our Venza (see m1Venza entry). The dealership had several Prius models that we were able to test drive so we were able to know the differences and be comfortable with our final decision. Dean's no pressure sales approach is very appreciated and we will continue to be Dean's customers even though Metro Toyota is 80 miles from where we live. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. The dealership is neat, clean, and the staff is friendly. While we were briefly sitting in the lobby waiting for paperwork to be completed, other staff asked if there was anything they could do to help us. Another excellent purchasing experience. More

Ken was very helpful and explained all materials relating to my purchase of the 2008 Toyota Camry Solare SE. Because I'm a disabled driver, my needs are much different than the normal drivers'. My car need to my purchase of the 2008 Toyota Camry Solare SE. Because I'm a disabled driver, my needs are much different than the normal drivers'. My car needed to have hand controls installed. Ken took care of that and the sealant which I purchased. My only frustration in regards to my purchase was the amount of time it took to have the hand controls installed. Now, Ken was not the installer, however, I feel he should have been the person to stay on top of those that did the installation. It took longer than was promised and I had to call the installer to put a little pressure on them to complete the job as soon as posssible. I had been without a vehicle since August 19th, so, of course I was anxious to have my car. But overall, I'm satisfied with Ken and the others who helped in finalizing my purchase. I would do business with them in the future if I ever have the need for another vehicle. More
