I was very satisfied with my overall experience at Metro Toyota. The sales team sold me my last car 2 years ago, which was a pleasant experience and this was just as swell. Tedd was very patient and non judgmental of my transportation needs as they pertained to my lifestyle. I felt that he treated me with the same respect that he would have with a higher ticket sale. Chris was generous in terms of cost and trade in, making this purchase very affordable. Jon was prompt and patient with explaining the terms of my financing. More

We recently needed a fuel effecient car. We have a couple family members that have or have had camary's so that is what we were looking for. Dan was great!! We found the car we liked and took it home that day. On the drive home we noticed a loud clunking noise in the rear of the car and the cluch was kind of hard to manuveur. We stopped back up the next day and told Dan the problem and he said "we will make it right". They ended up replace most of the clutch and replaced a broken sway bar. Within a few days the clunking was right back as bad as it was before the repair. We called Dan and he said bring it back. This time they replaced the rear suspension. I had to leave the car over night and each time and Dan arranged for a loaner for me each time. My car is GREAT now!! In the past 3 years, my daughter bought a car from Dan, and my brother-in-law and then my parents all before we bought ours. We appreciate his great customer service and will certainly see Dan again when in need of a car. More

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greated by Tedd right away. I told him I was looking for a used car with good gas mileage and was looking at the Camry's and the Prius, but hadn't yet driven a Prius right away. Tedd went with me on the test drive and explained how the technology worked. Tedd went above and beyond, coming in on his day off so I could take delivery of my "new" used car and when I had to bring it back for some work, he handled setting it up with the service department to coordinate with me stopping in to sign some additional paperwork and picking up my remote control that I forgot and left in my trade in. When I arrived the second time, and I walked into the dealership looking for Tedd, another salesman asked if he could help me, when I explained I was looking for Tedd but was a little early, he said Tedd had gone home sick, but he stepped right in and handled the situation, making sure I was taken care of. Ted even came back in at the appointed time to make sure I was taken care of also. I was very impressed with the culture of serving the customer that each employee that I came into contact with displayed. More

We started looking into trucks and went to the local Chevrolet, the Chevrolet next to Metro, and Dodge. Originally due to the Tundra's price we ruled it out, but after looking into all vehicles and othe Chevrolet, the Chevrolet next to Metro, and Dodge. After further inquiries and discussions with Scott, we went back and drove the Tundra again and discussed options. Metro was very helpful working through the prices and very helpful after we purchased the vehicle in assuring everything was up to our expectations. Scott has followed up afterwards to make sure everything was OK and to come in if we have any needs. Metro has been helpful in the past with my old Toyota in the service department as well. I highly recommend this dealership. More

From the time I entered the dealership Mr. Zantjer met me at the door and ask a few questions and we proceded to the avalible cars. He sugested I drive a Piris and a Camray hybrid. I chose the Camray because of style on outside and inside. I wanted a hybrid and a light color with leather. I bought my car on the tenth of Oct and today I gassed up for the first time. Today being the thirtyeth. The word, amazing comes to mind. I am familiar with Camray cars, I had a 1998 bought used. The quality and durability caused me to look again. Finally, Toyota made a car with some reeal style! Keep up the good word. More
