We had a rather unique situation inasmuch as we live in Maumee, Ohio, which is roughly 2 hours from Kalamazoo. we had learned of a 2012 Venza at the Kalamazoo Toyota Dealership which had the color/options Maumee, Ohio, which is roughly 2 hours from Kalamazoo. we had learned of a 2012 Venza at the Kalamazoo Toyota Dealership which had the color/options we were seeking. I called and was connected to Ted Shipp. Ted was very friendly and accommodating from the outset. He was up front with me as we proceeded in the purchase process, first by explaining that another customer was testing the car in which we were interested, and that he would keep us updated as things progressed. He shared our situation with the manager, Keith DeBoer, in order for us to have someone to contact, while he was out of the office. This all happened on Thursday and Friday, and I was told on late Friday evening that the other customer decided not to pursue the car and I explained that my wife and I would drive up on Saturday to take a look at the car. We arrived around noon and were greeted by Keith who hooked us up right away with Ted. Ted balanced our visit with another customer and kept in constant contact with us as he had our trade-in evaluated and processed our negotiation with his manager. They offered us the Venza at what seemed a fair price and offered what we also felt was a fair price for our trade-in. During the entire experience all the employees we came in contact were friendly and interested in meeting our needs. Jon Griffith was the paperwork/finance guy. He navigated me through the mountain of paperwork in an expedient but comfortable manner. His experience was evident as he explained everything thoroughly and understandably. When we left Kalamazoo in our new Venza, we felt very positive about our experience. It's a long way to go for a car, especially when we have two Toyota dealers in this area, however, it was worth the trip and if we had to do it all over again, we would. Jane and Steve Hansen More

Once in 1996, 2000(as my memory serves me), and now in 2012. my 1st experience was good, the second, not so good dealership (all with Metro Toyota). To be honest, I originally looked at Sunshine Toyota. Your dealership had the vehicle that I really wanted. The service that we received was beyond what I expected. Jordan and Jon were very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle I was interested in and the possible financing options available.
