My fiancee and i had been car shopping for months now and we had not been able to find anything that was in our price range and miles. We shopped around and have heard great things about the Metro-Toyota dealership. We stopped in with the intent to test drive and keep looking. After Tedd worked with us and figured out what we wanted-he put us in a Toyota, and we knew it was it. He was such a great dealer to work with and went out of his way to get us what we wanted. We dropped the car off to get the final look over and everything else...He even personally took the time to clean the car and wax it himself. We stopped into Metro Toyota on Wed. 8/15/2012 with a small intention of just LOOKING at few new or used cars since we had been thinking of purchasing a new car for awhile now. Within a few moments a ver small intention of just LOOKING at few new or used cars since we had been thinking of purchasing a new car for awhile now. Within a few moments a very kind friendly man named Scott Zantjer approached us and asked if we needed any help or had any questions. We told him we liked a certain vehicle and he encouraged us to take this particular vehicle for a test drive! Long story short this was our lucky day to indeed purchase a new (used) 2012 Toyota Camry that we just love and are so grateful to have! With Scott's knowledge, integrity and kindness we just knew this was the car for us. We are writing today to thank him personally as he went over and above his duties in assisting us in this purchase, he basically had to teach us everything about the car and all of the fine & wonderful details and options it has. Since we have not had a new car in many years we were so LOST in all of the technology this fine car has to offer we were almost embarrassed at the level of courtesy and knowledge Scott gave to us in setting everything up for us, he basically had to show us how to drive the car or so it seems, he hooked up our cell numbers for the hands free driving & gave us a mini course on how to operate our new car. We were delighted to have Scott sell us this car and can not thank him enough for all that he did to assist us in learning how to operate everything this car has to offer. We would highly recommend Mr. Scott Zantjler to our friends & family in the future and send them into Metro Toyota to purchase their next new car. Everyone whom we worked with were honest, friendly and very helpful. They strived to work with us and give us the best deal in the process of buying our firt Toyota Prius. 1. Although the saleman, Ken very helpful. They strived to work with us and give us the best deal in the process of buying our firt Toyota Prius. 1. Although the saleman, Ken Karakula was extremely busy, he was very honest and up front about everything. He did not hide anything or high pressure us into buying the car. He gave us the freedom to talk over and pray about making the decision to purchase the car. When a large scratch showed up on the car when we came to finalize the purchase, both Ken and Chris the manager were appalled. They were quick to find the cause of the deep scratch and willing to make it right. 2. Chris Wertanen the sales manager was friendly and honest with us. He went out of his way to make the price as low as possible. He gave us the best trade in price he could for our Chrysler Town & Country. He gave us information on the prius that helped us in the decision process. 3. Joe Lawrence the financial services manager was very honest, friendly and helped us with the final process. He explained everything well and got help for questions he did not know. He made the paperwork easy and pleasant. We drove the Prius down to Indiana and back, about 220 miles, getting 52.6 mpg! We are extremely pleased! Thank you so much for, above all, the honesty in which your personnel displayed in the purchase of our 2010 Toyota Prius! I had done my homework on what I was afer in a used vehicle. I knew what I was persuing was going to be hard to find and when a desirable unit came along it wouldn't stay on lot long. Overall, our experience was good. The car we bought is wonderful and we did not feel hassled or that we were in a dealer nightmare. Joe was a really friendly and pleasant person and we enjoyed our interac wonderful and we did not feel hassled or that we were in a dealer nightmare. Joe was a really friendly and pleasant person and we enjoyed our interactions with him immensely (he processed our paperwork). Ken, our salesman, was helpful and courteous but in interactions following the purchase of our vehicle was less than pleasant and not very helpful. He has made us feel unwelcome and has not come through on promises to deliver items following the purchase of the car. We bought a used car and so are "small potatoes" as they say but we don't need to be made to feel that way and we are disappointed in the lack of quality care we received once we had signed all the paperwork. From these interactions I think we will go elsewhere for our next car purchase or else request a different salesman. More
