He had another customer coming in to pick up a vehicle that afternoon, but was able to give us an overview of the Highlander features and send us off on a test drive before his other customer arrived. When we returned, he answered all of our questions, provided us with info on the Highlander and followed up with me by phone/text afterwards to be sure all of my questions were answered. We contacted Tim in September to look at the Highlander a second time and ultimately purchased one. Tim was very professional, thorough, and courteous, never pushy or condescending -- which, as a woman, I have encountered with other car salesmen in the past.
