I found the 2010 Tundra on Autotrader.com and called the dealership to inquire about it in more detail because I live about 120 miles away from the dealership. Don Leitow answered my questions and had be approved to purchase the vehicle within an hour or two. We agreed to meet at his dealership on a Saturday morning for me to take the vehicle for a test drive and to see what I could get for my trade in. The vehicle was parked out front with a full tank of gas and Don greeted me after I pulled into the parking lot. We went for a test drive and came back and signed the papers so I could take it home. The experience was easy, simple, painless and there was no hassle. In short Don did what he said he was going to do and took a sense of ownership over the dealership and the entire process. This is the first Toyota I have purchased and I am sure I will purchase again from Don at Metro Toyota. After the purchase I noticed the antenna was missing on the truck and there was a small dent in the passenger side door. I mentioned this to Don and he took care of the missing antenna ASAP while I was at the Metro Toyota and he contacted me about the dent in the door on Monday and advised be that he could send me a check for the dent but recommended that I come out there so the dent could be removed by the professionals Metro Toyota uses. I decided that I would make the trip back out there because Don has done the right thing by taking care of the problem like he said he would I trust he will take care of this minor problem with the same sense of professionalism. Tedd was very helpful and friendly through the whole process, I could tell that he was confident that I would be getting the car before I even test drove it, and that really stood out to me. I was also pleased that he made sure the car was in top notch condition before I drove off, even including a new battery. John was also very helpful when it came to approving me for the vehicle. The ONLY concern that I had, was that at some points I just felt like "another customer" and that they just wanted to get the process over with and move on. There were a number of occasions when we were trying to kill time, but when I would say something, no one would listen/respond, or just walk away in the middle of my sentance. I'm not hurt by this, but it would have been nice if the expierence was a little more "personal". I would definitely recommend Metro Toyota to anyone/everyone looking to buy a car. After driving the same car for the last 12 years and having it finally die, I was looking to drive something nice for a change. I looked at several different brands and models, but kept coming back to the Prius. My folks did some scouting for me while I was at work and were looking at a 2010 Prius. Ken was showing them that one when he noticed a 2011 had just arrived. He worked with them, and by the time I was able to get out of work all I needed to do was go for a test drive, then sign the paperwork and go. Ken even called me after I left to let me know they'd missed $100 I should have gotten for being referred by another Toyota owner. I would have never caught that, but he offered to set me up with free floor mats. Nice! More

Don was very forth coming in providing us all the various options we had regarding the ending of our lease. This had been our first lease and he patiently explained and answered all of our questions. He continued to work on our various options by calling to see if he could obtain another Highlander hybrid, with no success and then working up the cost of various other options we had available to us. We never felt pressured to accept any of the options he proposed but we greatly appreciated his effort in providing us the information we needed to make a decision that was right for us. We were so impressed with Dan's professionalism that we have recommended him to our niece who will be purchasing her first car later this year. The day of we took delivery went very smoothly and that was due to Brendon and Don having everything ready to go so it did not take much time. Don went over all questions regarding the new vehicle and went as far as to help set up the blue tooth connection to one of our phones. We certainly hope that Don will still be with Metro Toyota when the lease for this vehicle comes to an end so that we can work with him again. More
