I have been a customer of Metro Toyota for nearly 20 years and have always left feeling satisfied with the service and attention I received. When my original sales person relocated, I was worried about my next purchase, but then I met Troy and everything picked up perfectly. He listens to what I want, respects my price limits, tells me all I need to know, and I leave with a car I love. I just leased my 6th Camry and drive in total confidence with a car that has never let me down. The Metro Service Dept is equally top class. I know my service representatives by name and feel complete confidence in the service I receive. The appointment process is efficient, I am given honest information, the waiting area is pleasant, and they offer free shuttle service when I have to leave the car longer than I want to wait. I always thought Car dealerships were pushing and just wanted you to buy, but after meeting Hugh and looking at a number of different Corolla's I felt as though I was not going to be pressured into anything and that he was there to inform me and help me through the process of buying a new car. Ken Karakula was an excellent salesperson. I give them this rating because Ken took the time to see us even though the workday was actually over, and before he got to us another employee who was already leaving asked us if we had been helped yet.
