My husband and I stopped in to look at Rav4 after researching Consumers Reports and Edmunds. Ted even worked with us to take it home to see if our three teenagers could fit in the back seat....they did. We liked the features and value on the Rav. When we returned, Tedd sat us down and had a price back to us for our trade-in within minutes. We were pleasantly surprised by the trade-in offer, which was higher than Ford would have given us for our Explorer. No brainer, it was time for a newer vehicle with better gas mileage but still ability to tow and haul three kids. We were much happier dealing with Tedd and Metro than we have been with other dealerships. I would dare say, it was fun! No time was wasted haggling for value. We look forward to driving the Rav and even look more forward to seeing the gas bill go down! Thank you Ted and the Metro Toyota team for putting a value on the customer's time and making buying a used car a positive experence! More
When I talked to Ken on the phone regarding my trade in and the new highlander I wanted to buy, he was up front and honest. Gave me the best price he could offer and even stated the price I would get by us and the new highlander I wanted to buy, he was up front and honest. He even told me that it would be worth it to use the discount and he would hold the car for me. The savings is approx. 1500.00. Since Toyota was giving a 500.00 rebate I decided to go in (which I did within the next hour) and bought the car - opting not to wait for forms etc. to save the extra 1000. No hassles. Price he gave was great and he told me to come back in a couple hours and the car would be ready - and it was. Many dealerships insist on you first coming in and then quoting prices, and then there is haggling back and forth. Many times customers have to leave only to return to try to remake a deal. I have no wish to waste time with this.....so I loved the fact that a deal could be quickly reached on the phone. This is a great dealership (I have used it since 1988 for service). More
Stopped in to look at some used vehicles. Great selection of used cars with fast turn-over. Test drove a two year old Camry with a v-6 engine and a lot of extras. Impressed with the car. Took possession of new scion yesterday. It is a excellent vehicle. Wm Krueger took great pain and care to ans my multitude of questions. We asked for pin striping, had a $100 coupon, and a $200 referal for relatives who sent us to Metro Toyota. I kept expecting Metro to back out of those agreements, or bury the cost in the sale price, because that's what so many car dealers do! But Dean and Metro didn't do that! I would highly recommend them to anyone whenever I get the chance! More
Our sales person was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only negative comment is that we had to pay $524.00 TDA (dealer advertising.) I feel this is very excessive. We were given a spread sheet that showed MSRP/Dealer invoice. The MSRP column showed no TDA and the Dealer invoice showed $524.00 TDA.
