My car was having some mechanical concerns that I felt warranted its replacement ASAP. They made the experience pleasant, easy and I never felt like they were rushing me or pushing me toward a specific vehicle. Once I did make my selection I only had 30 minutes before I had to leave to pick up my kids from day care. I thought I would have to come back a second day to do all the paperwork. However, not the case! I was driving away with my new (used) car and all the paperwork done-even my insurance transfered and the financing all done!!! I was impressed with how fast and easy they made it to do business at Metro-Toyota that day!! More

Ron Moore has served us in the purchase of several used cars. He is very experienced, flexible, and understanding. He always goes "above and beyond." While looking at new and used cars over a period of time, Ron Moore had a medical condition that required that he take some time off. Ted Shipp picked up where Ron left off and, although we had to be frustrating at times due to changing our minds regarding which vehicle we wanted (a great used vehicle or a great new vehicle...both Toyotas!), Ted made the deal work. Both salesmen assured us that it was fine to not wait for Ron Moore to recover and that they would work out the commission fairly. After purchase of the car, I actually thought something was wrong with a function of the car and Ted met me at the service dept so that I could have someone see exactly what I was talking about. They were very gracious when they showed me that it worked perfectly fine...I just wasn't doing something right! I could go on with even more examples, but let me just say that we wholeheartedly recommend Metro Toyota, Ron Moore and Ted Shipp. We have bought 4 cars from Metro Toyota now! More

The dealership is very clean and easy to shop at. As for Tedd, he went above and beyond his job to get me what I wanted in a used car and a more than fair price for my trade in.
