The dealership is very clean and easy to shop at. As for Tedd, he went above and beyond his job to get me what I wanted in a used car and a more than fair price for my trade in. He is a great sales person Tedd, he went above and beyond his job to get me what I wanted in a used car and a more than fair price for my trade in. He is a great sales person that has checked in on me to see if everything is still going well with the car. If I have had a concern, he has immediately taken care of it with no delay. The rest of the staff is great as well. It was definately worth the trip there, I am from Battle Creek. I felt welcomed my everyone on staff and it wasn't high pressure to get me into something that I couldn't afford. I would definately reccommend Tedd and Metro Toyota to anyone that is looking for a great car and fast trustworthy service. More

The dealership had a ton of options of new/used vehicles to choose from. Felt like I did not have to go all over town to find a clean choice. The sales rep was thorough--he lined up the right vehicle (09 to choose from. Felt like I did not have to go all over town to find a clean choice. No pressure, great options and followed up to make sure that even two months later I was still satisfied. Pricing was aggressive and the overall experience was great.
