A good experience buying a used car? Yes. It been a good experience so far (I've had the car for about 2 months now took a couple of 1200 mile trips and experienced no surprises yet). The salesman, Blane, was was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was considered and made me comfortable examining them. There were some issues with the car I bought and he had most of them taken care to my satisfaction prior to delivery. I called him a few times since the purchase with questions and he either knew the answers or found them for me. He seemed very capable and was a good ambassador for Metro Toyota. He did a good job in my case. More

Great experience working with Ken Buying a car is often a very challenging and time consuming process, especially when you wonder if you can trust the seller. That was not the case i Buying a car is often a very challenging and time consuming process, especially when you wonder if you can trust the seller. That was not the case in dealing with Ken Karakula. After explaining what we were looking for in a used vehicle, Ken pointed us to a Highlander that had just been traded in. We took it for a test drive and within a relatively short time we were owners of a new used vehicle. Ken made the process seamless, from the detailing on it, the financing (We were able to get a better rate than our credit union was able to provide) and finally explaining the bells and whistles on the vehicle. He helped us program it for phone use and made sure we had all our questions answered. Ken is a man you can trust and we recommend him highly to others looking for a vehicle. The knowledge he has from years of experience comes through and we were very happy with the excellent service he provided us. More
