Great buying experience I was looking for a RAV4 Adventure with all the "bells & whistles" and a certain color. I could only find what I wanted in Kalamazoo which is 3hours f I was looking for a RAV4 Adventure with all the "bells & whistles" and a certain color. I could only find what I wanted in Kalamazoo which is 3hours from where I live. I got in contact with Tim through Costco's auto program and he helped me via email to get a head start on financing, install a roof rack on the car, and set up a time to test drive and check it out. This transaction was so smooth and stress less I don't know how it could have been better. I got a great rate on my financing, and I now drive an awesome new Toyota. By Wednesday we were wrapping up my purchase of my first Toyota. It was fun, informative, and without any curveballs that might beset someone looking for a new car, dealer or no dealer. Metro Toyota is fortunate to have Ryan on as one of their team. He brings a youthful, disarming, almost innocent vigor to his work, combined with more than sufficient knowledge of the product. It's obvious he's happy doing what he's doing. And when he didn't have the answer, he humbly sought it from one of the more senior members of his staff. Ryan's commitment to customer service even extended to his going to bat for me when I unfortunately incurred an unwelcomed repair situation just days after purchasing my car. The tab? $250. And yet, Ryan advocated that even though the mantra "all sales are final" was staring us in the face, instead of ducking he went ahead and sought to broker some kind of resolution with one of his superiors. This suggested to me a post-sales commitment to customer service. They had my money, but he also wanted my trust. You can't teach, let alone train, someone to go the extra mile like that. You either have it in you, or you don't. Ryan clearly has it in him. More
