Amazing experience from start to finish When we first went to Metro Toyota we were greeted by Tom when we arrived on the lot, and then were approached by Ryan since he knew my wife and went When we first went to Metro Toyota we were greeted by Tom when we arrived on the lot, and then were approached by Ryan since he knew my wife and went to school with my sister in law. We went to browse and get some options as we were getting close in miles on our lease, and weren’t sure if we should buy our current vehicle or go with something different. We first test drove a Camry, and then a Lexus, which we really liked, however, by the time we ran numbers and got the application process started, another customer purchased it. We told Tom what we were interested in and then let him know what we wanted our monthly payment to be-over the rest of the weekend I started looking at reviews, used cars for sale, and knew that our best option was to go with a used Toyota or Lexus rather than to buy out our current vehicle. On Tuesday, I went back to Metro Toyota and spoke with Tom (who had an appointment to go to), but test drove some cars with Ryan, who did an amazing job explaining all of the features of the cars, as well as the pros and cons of all the different ones. By the time I left I settled on a 2016 Avalon Touring, and am in love with the car. We got all the bells and whistles you would get in a Lexus GS, but a lower price-never did either salesman push us toward a car simply because it was more expensive, they wanted my wife and I to get the right car for us. Her lease comes up in 18 months, and we both said without hesitation that we will be going back to Metro Toyota, because of the selection, reliability of their products, knowledgeable sales staff, and competitive pricing. If you’re in the market for a used vehicle, you cannot go wrong there, and I can not recommend Tom or Ryan enough! More
