Excellence Customer Service and Complete Honesty. We contacted Travis looking for a very specific car and set of options. After approximately two weeks, Travis called with the exact used toyota we wer We contacted Travis looking for a very specific car and set of options. After approximately two weeks, Travis called with the exact used toyota we were looking to purchase. Upon arrival to Metro, Travis greeted me and already had the car up front and handed me the keys for a quick test drive. We walked around the car and he answered all my questions. We proceeded inside to discuss what had been done to the vehicle, local trade, and pull the car fax. Having done my homework, as we had been looking for this car for months, I knew it’s value and what I wanted to pay. After presenting my evidence of historical selling price and making an offer, he contacted the manager for approval which was accepted after a bit of negotiations. I put down a deposit and returned about a week later to take delivery. The car had been completely detailed and fuel was topped off which was a nice surprise. As an out of state buyer, Travis was completely up front and honest on the cars condition prior to the two hour drive. I look forward to buying our next toyota from Travis and Metro Toyota. John N.
