He was never pushy but gave us his best and let us make our own decisions. We stopped in to check out the new 2019 RAV 4, but Ken had a great deal on a 2018 hybrid, not something we were considering. It was a doable deal and bought it without even driving it, once Ken in sales and Jeff in service answered our questions. We embraced the hybrid technology simply because we trust them implicitly. We both love our RAV 4 hybrid and are looking forward to our many trips as we drive everywhere. Our 15 year old van had no technology, so this is quiet a leap for us. Our grandchildren are impressed as they have been trying to get us to join their "Brave New World". More
