I have been treated very poorly by many so called “professional” car salesman from the big three auto industry. This time we wanted something different. This time we went to Toyota. We were met by Aaron. Mr. Pennock initially was able to contact us by answering our emails with pictures and videos and later via text message. The day we met him in person on the lot we were treated like family. He took the time to learn about our family and thank me for my military service. He told us about his family and all before placing us in a test drive and sending us out on the open road. No rush, no high pressure. Just a friend taking care of the new members of extended family. Dave my salesman sent me all the vehicle specs so I could review before I came in. Then spent time showing me all the features and answering all my questions. After talking with the manager, he knew it was a big purchase for me and thought it was a good idea for me to take the vehicle home for the night so I could be sure it was the right one for me.
