I have been treated very poorly by many so called “professional” car salesman from the big three auto industry. This time we wanted something different. This time we went to Toyota. We were met by Aaron. Mr. Pennock initially was able to contact us by answering our emails with pictures and videos and later via text message. The day we met him in person on the lot we were treated like family. He took the time to learn about our family and thank me for my military service. He told us about his family and all before placing us in a test drive and sending us out on the open road. No rush, no high pressure. Just a friend taking care of the new members of extended family.
