He kept me in the loop every step of the way, I rarely had questions but when i did he was so very tentative and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. He was NOT impatient to get a sale he was NOT pushy he handled the sales with Grace and Honesty. I stressed Honesty as The Finance Manager (Jon Griffith) was over the top AWESOME! as he was able to get my fiance % rate cut in half which made me even a bigger fan of Metro Toyota(used-car) of Kalamazoo, MI.
