Best service in my life First, this is going to Bob Kearns. Absolutely wouldn’t want any one else helping me with my car. On top of that when there was a complication with dropping it off he went above and beyond to make sure that I could still leave it and get to my class and get my car done before I had to leave for a 750 mile trip back to New Jersey, which the car drove incredibly through a thunderstorm the whole way. He also surprised me with weather mats that we talked about but I didn’t realize the car didn’t have. In conclusion, hardest worker I have ever experienced and makes me appreciate that there is still people like him who go above and beyond their job description to keep the customer as happy as they can be! Also Zeb and his shadow were able to explain all the finance and paperwork for me in an easy step by step plan that gave me all the options in different varieties and how they would all add up in the end.
