Ted was truly a pleasure to work with I was looking to purchase a camaro. I saw one on line at Metro Toyota and called for more information. Ted and I went back and forth throughout the day and finally I gave him a credit card deposit to hold the car. My wife and I drove about two hours to metro Saturday morning from south suburban Chicago. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but I will tell you this was the quickest, most efficient and comfortable car closing I have ever been involved in. Jennifer helped with everything! We were looking for a Toyota Highlander recently and from our perspective Jennifer did everything she could to help us. While negotiating the final deal, I asked for certain things that I required before we would sign the papers and she worked each thing out for me. The end result was a great deal on a great Highlander. In fact, since I had done a lot of internet shopping before going to Metro Toyota, I knew what an average, good, and great deal would be on the vehicle I wanted. Jennifer helped me get a great deal on my Highlander. Before we left, she spent 15-20 minutes explaining all the technology to us and helped us set up the Blue Tooth. I have been back to the dealership a few times for car washes and maintenance and she has always greeted me as a friend when she saw me. She has even inquired about my wife and our dog! Upon driving it, we had already decided to purchase and with Tedd's help, we managed a deal that was more in line with what we were willing to pay. Metro Toyota and Alex McNett Much of my summer was spent searching for a new vehicle. I really wanted to get one that would be trouble free and meet my needs and requirements. Returning from a trip, a stop in Kalamazoo gave me the chance to meet Alex McNett. At that first meeting he spent plenty of time and allowed test drives of several different vehicles. No pressure from him and seemed like a real desire to put me in correct vehicle for me. More time passed while I continued to do Internet reseach and some hands on research too. In spite of the fact that I live near Grand Rapids there was no doubt I wanted to deal with Alex and Metro after much shopping. On purchase day the car I went to buy was test driven one more time. Then decided I should try one other possibility just to be sure. No problem from Alex. He wanted me to have the car that I wanted. Surprisingly that final car was the winner and I took it home that day. More
