Knowledgeable without being pushy . Patient thru the process of repeated visits. The only thing I did not like was the pushing of services after we committed to purchasing the car. . Tim R. answered all of my questions, and did a great job. I had sent out requests for what I was looking for to more than ten dealerships. I gave them very specific instructions on what I wanted. Only Tim Robertson at Metro appeared to have actually read the instructions. He sent me information on something I would like and he got my business. Most dealerships sent back information that had nothing to do with my request. I knew exactly what I wanted, and the person who addressed the request got the business. My previous experience with the dealership (more than 20 years ago) was more like the other dealerships I had sent the request out today. I was surprised by how well the folks listened to me, and knew their product; this was not the case 20 years ago. I was pleased with Metro and Tim and will use them again. More
