The whole team including the receptionist, finance folks and sales team were highly attentive, competent and very friendly. Tim Robertson was especially enjoyable to work with. There was a mutual collaboration with the making of the deal for my new truck. Tim was not pushy but rather effectively communicated the key aspects of the truck that fit my check list of the truck I was looking for. He was concise in his explanation of the truck features yet thorough. Tim was also very personable and fun to talk to. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle. We also worked with Alex McNett, who was always checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and had simple things like water. Really liked that guy. Finally Adam Lukasik was a huge help with helping us understand the inner functions of the truck. Such as the audio center, cruse control, seat adjustments, connecting our phones, etc... He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and demonstrated great passion (in a good way) for his role in the whole purchase experience. More
