So naturally, I came in to the process with some reservation, but right off the bat I was greeted by Alex McNett who made the whole process so comfortable and natural. He efficiently and succinctly helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. Once that was complete, he easily walked me through all the other steps in the process that I would ordinarily have trouble with. He's done some great follow-up work afterwards as well, to help me along with any other potential questions I might have had. In short, he seriously made the whole process of choosing the right car about as difficult as buying a new pair of shoes. An absolutely amazing car at an amazing price. I could not be happier and now I know exactly where my next purchase is going to be next time. More

Purchase of a used 2011 Rav 4 limited April 2017 jvz I worked with both Mike Disher (sales) and Jon Griffith (finance). Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and competent at their jobs. I appreciated Mike Disher, listening to what I was looking for and suggesting test drives in vehicles that aligned with my criteria. I liked that I was treated like a friend and not talked down to or pressured for being a woman. I felt very calm and confident in making a good decision about my next car purchase. Jon Griffith was equally congenial and very good at explaining my choices for financing. I had not financed a car for myself since 2001, so I appreciated Jon walking me through everything. I really liked that I could do “one stop shopping” by working with Toyota to create my financing through local Kalsee Credit Union. I liked the percentage as well as the options to pay it off. I felt I could go back anytime should questions arise. More

I got the car that I needed for the price I could afford. I had a good shopping experience. I wanted a factory certified car. I needed a dependable car and had a set price range. Mike met me at the door an I had a good shopping experience. I wanted a factory certified car. I needed a dependable car and had a set price range. Mike met me at the door and I explained my must haves for the car and the price range I could work with. Mike showed me a few models that I mentioned I was interested in that would fit my price range and I was able to get a nice factory certified Camry. There were a few hoops to jump through before the car was ready but when it was ready, Mike dropped it off for me at my workplace. I feel like I was listened to and my car shopping needs were met. Ask for Mike Disher at the used lot and you will get a good sales person. More
