We made it clear that we were not interested in purchasing a vehicle We visited Metro Toyota to look at a Highlander and were greeted by Terry Baker. We made it clear that we were not interested in purchasing a vehicle that day and just wanted to get some information about it. Without being pushy, Terry asked what we were looking for in a car and explained all the features of the Highlander as well as the 4 runner and the Rav 4. We had such a good experience that we returned a few days later to look some more. Terry took us on a test drive in a Highlander. We loved it and he was very knowledgable about it. We got back and he got us an awesome deal for our trade in and a great price on the Highlander. When we picked it up he showed us how to work the navigation screen answered any final questions we had. I would rate our experience a 10/10. Terry was great . He genuinely cared about us getting what we wanted and we never felt rushed or pressured. We were lifelong GM customers and have never owned anything else. We are very happy with our Highlander. More

Great Experience I called Friday morning and the sales person I was contented to was Brian Blair. While I was speaking to Brian I explained which car I was interested I called Friday morning and the sales person I was contented to was Brian Blair. While I was speaking to Brian I explained which car I was interested in and where I was coming from (Holland area). He stated that he would grab the keys for the Ford Edge I was interested in and requested that he call me back if someone else came in to test drive it. I was please when Brian asked if I wanted to put down a retainer to ensure the care would still be there when I arrived. When I arrived Brian brought the car up front for me and my husband to test drive. When we came back I put an offer on the car and Brian helped to negotiate a price in the range I was looking to buy. Brian had the car cleaned and washed while we completed our financing with Jon. Both Jon and Brian were very helpful and knowledgeable, I would come back to Metro Toyota the next time I am looking for a car. More

An unusually positive car buying experience On April 2nd, 2016, my wife and I purchased a very gently used 2014 AWD Toyota Sienne XLE from the used lot at Metro. The salesperson I worked with w On April 2nd, 2016, my wife and I purchased a very gently used 2014 AWD Toyota Sienne XLE from the used lot at Metro. The salesperson I worked with was Brian Blair, who politely but tirelessly found a way to make the transaction work given that I intended to trade a Subaru Legacy in against the Sienna- yet live 2.5 hours away from Kalamazoo. Brian made that work and delivered on the hypothetical amount of trade-in value on the Subaru once I made the trek south. Jon Griffith handled the financing and warranty, and was equal to Brian in politeness and efficiency. Both of these gentleman had done all of their end of the work well in advance of my arrival, making for a rapid transaction. The Sienna was spotless, fully fueled, and ready to test drive the moment I arrived. At no point was there a hard sell or heavy hand. More

Fastest Car Buying Experience I've had I called Ken after seeing a car I was interested in on Toyotacertified.com. I scheduled an appointment with Ken for the next day and he held the vehicle for me. I was fairly certain I wanted the vehicle, so we ran financing in advance of my visit. I drove the vehicle and decided to buy it. 35 minutes later, the paperwork was done and I owned the vehicle. Ken was friendly helpful and prepared. I highly recommend working with him. More

My first purchase was by chance, my second was by design! 8 years ago our son was in school at Western in Kzoo. While visiting him, I browsed the auto lots one day. Jordan Simpson of Metro Toyota sold me on a 8 years ago our son was in school at Western in Kzoo. While visiting him, I browsed the auto lots one day. Jordan Simpson of Metro Toyota sold me on a Certified Tundra pickup. That truck was a joy to own and after 8 years, when I decided to trade up, I re-connected with Jordan and he found me a very nice Certified 4Runner. I drove 5 hours to the Metro dealership and left them my Tundra and drove away in the 4Runner. I found Jordan Simpson to be very easy to work with. He is straight forward and does not use high pressure tactics or try to "sneak anything in on you". I see him as honest, friendly and sincere and was willing to drive 10 hrs. round trip to work with him on my latest purchase. More
