Purchase of a "new-to-me" vehicle My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle and we wanted to stay in the Toyota Family. (We have a Tundra that we love.) At that time, we weren't ready to pull the trigger just yet, so he took our information and indicated he'd keep us in loop should our "dream" vehicle come in. Fast forward a few months, and we just happened to pop in to Metro on Saturday to see what they had in stock - - and spotted "it". We test drove the Highlander and fell in love. It was late in the afternoon, and near the close-of-business and Brian got it cleaned up and ready to go home with us in short time. Brian has been quick to answer any questions we have and goes above and beyond taking care to satisfy our requests. We have friends who are considering upgrading their current Toyota vehicles - I can guarantee I'll give them Brian's name. More

He asked a ton of questions as to why I felt compelled to go with a huge vehicle and reviewed the quality rating on the Sequoia, which I drove and thought it was going to be too big for my wife to ever drive or park. He then suggested I give a 6-banger a try and the 4Runner surprised me, with a solid feel, PENTY of low end torque, and MUCH better miles-per-gallon than EITHER a Tahoe or a Sequoia. We then talked about rather than TRADING my 09 Saturn VUE; why not consider making THAT the car for my son, as valuation at dealer level vs. what Brad would have to pay to buy something of equal merit. That was the wow. I get the 4Runner, which I love and Brad gets the "family inside deal" on the VUE. A perfect win-win. Ken wasn't selling. He was helping a family accomplish vehicle objectives and earns referrals in my book! More
