Excellent Ken Karakula was excellent in finding a replacement car for the one we had that was totaled out in a car crash in June 2015. I had bought the totaled Ken Karakula was excellent in finding a replacement car for the one we had that was totaled out in a car crash in June 2015. I had bought the totaled car from Metro Toyota in Oct. or 2014 and had excellent assistance as service. Ken was great in that I spoke to him on Sunday about starting to find a replacement car in the next 6 weeks for the previous one to give him time to find one similar to the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder that I had. He called me Monday morning that they had a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder that had just come in and I said I would be out that afternoon. I bought the car that evening as it was what I was looking for, the kids loved it. The best part was that it was ready for pick up on Wed. which we did. I did not expect to get one that fast but it is one less worry for me about returning to work in a month after the auto accident in June. Ken did a great job for me. Jon Griffith was also very friendly, professional, and helpful with explaining the extended warranty programs and figuring out how I could get the best deal for the funds I had available. He was very friendly and explained everything very well to me. More

A Total Respect for Customers I drove into Metro Toyota on a Saturday looking to purchase a used Prius as I drive a long distance to work. I stepped out of my car and Ken Karakul I drove into Metro Toyota on a Saturday looking to purchase a used Prius as I drive a long distance to work. I stepped out of my car and Ken Karakula asked me if I needed assistance. Twenty minutes later I was test driving a Prius with my wife. Ken was so accommodating, respectful and knowledgeable able about the Prius that we got all of our questions answered and decided to purchase the car that day. We came in on Monday and Jon Griffith assisted us with the loan process and we were on our way. Ken took care of everything from getting our insurance changed over, to acquiring the new title and even how to get set up with SIRIUSXM Radio . I highly recommend Metro Toyota.
