I purchased my first new car with Marc from MetroWest. I called a day before to schedule the test drive. When I went in the next day, they had the car cleaned off and parked out front. I walked in and asked for Marc (who was sitting with some customers) however, instead of having to wait around I was handed the keys and told I could go for a test drive. This was just the start of the great customer service that Marc and MetroWest provided me. Normally with dealerships, you get the run around when talking about the car pricing but, it was given as listed on their site and due to year end a bit below market value so, I walked out of their feeling great. Marc answered all of the questions we had regarding the information that was needed to finish the deal. I sum up my experience as painless and I left feeling great about my purchase. If you are looking for a Subaru this is a great place to start and be sure to ask for Marc he will take care of you. More

This was the first car dealer that I didn't need to negotiate a price. I talked to five Subaru dealers in the area and MetroWest is the only one that gave me a price on the phone. I got $500- less than negotiate a price. I talked to five Subaru dealers in the area and MetroWest is the only one that gave me a price on the phone. I got $500- less than quoted, apparently because we didn't have a lease car, but the price was still more than satisfactory. The dealer offers free help working through the electronics, made sure you met the appropriate people and Marc was always good to work with. Unfortunately, there was the usual sale pitch from the office manager for extended warranties. We've had no problems with our Forester after three months. More
