While our previous experience was perfectly fine, we did feel the experience this time was even better. We did the rounds of the other dealerships and found that the price offered was quite reasonable and competitive. Nick had to check a few things before he could give the price I wanted, but it was quick and worth it. However, that is not the reason he is the best salesman, he is the best because he is a man of his word. The model I requested wasn't in the dealership and I asked for a promise that he can deliver it the day after. Instead of waiting for the car to be delivered, he drove all the way to new Hampshire to get my car and delivered on his promise. I never felt pressured and when he didn't know an answer to a question, he immediately found it. He was also very nice when I changed my mind from a Forester to an Outback 2 weeks after I signed the purchase agreement. He just drew up new papers and the new order went in.
