In general, my experience at this dealership was acceptable. The only sticking point is that I purchased a demo car with miles on the car and have since discovered that I was not given a proper disc acceptable. Initially, I was disappointed in their unwillingness to negotiate on the car price or the extended warranty. In retrospect, if there had been zero miles on the car (thus no discount for existing miles) the deal would have been good based on comparisons to other dealers. As it turned out, I think their discount for existing mileage on the vehicle should have been much more. I am not sure if there was anything they weren't telling me, but Tony was transparent enough to show me the actual invoice detailing their holdback amount and employee pricing on the vehicle. I really appreciate that. Once the negotiation was complete, I was impressed at the time Tony took to explain every aspect of the car's features in detail. He was also very responsive to emails throughout the process. If you go in more informed than I was on the value of a demo car, then I think you will be more satisfied as Tony conducts himself with a great deal of professionalism and courtesy. More

They were very willing to work with me to get me into the vehicle of my choice. After choosing a vehicle and signing all the papers, but NOT taking delivery, I changed my mind the next day deciding I wanted vehicle of my choice. Rather than tell me it was a done deal and there was nothing they could do, they found the same vehicle, same options, with the engine package I wanted, that could be delivered that same day. This required them to cancel the original order, and start over with a new round of paperwork. They were more than willing to do this to satisfy me as a customer. This is good service. More

I was at Metropolitan Ford looking at the 2013 on purchasing a new vehicle. I had a 2006 Mazda Tribute, which was an awesome car for me at the time. I was at Metropolitan Ford looking at the 2013 Ford Edge Limited. Ilasia was there as soon as we pulled into the lot, ready to assist and answer questions while on the test drive. I did not feel pressured at all and I really appreciated that they did not waste my time with the typical back and forth negotiation game. I am quite pleased. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Metropolitan Ford and I will be back again with the same expectations next time. More

I recently purchased my 2013 Ford fiesta from metro ford in Eden Prairie. Ilaisa Taloa was my sales guy, he was very helpful and friendly. I was treated so well by Dan and the financing staff. I received a fair price for my trade-in and a great price on my 2013 Ford Escape!
