Had Seals/Gaskets Replaced in Engine, NEVER AGAIN! I dealt with Mike in Service he was really nice and seemed to be doing right by my family and I but his Technicians are GARBAGE and every seal and gas I dealt with Mike in Service he was really nice and seemed to be doing right by my family and I but his Technicians are GARBAGE and every seal and gasket they put in needed to be replaced in the first 6 months after service was leaking like a sieve. I own a 2004 Ford Escape and all of their "Technicians" are supposed to "Factory Trained" that is a joke over $2000 down the drain and when I called about it after taking it to another Mechanic to look at it to make sure they told me it had to my fault and they were not responsible for the leaks. Well $1,700 later(Over $400 Cheaper then Metro Ford) at Certified Auto Repair in Spring Park,MN they replaced the seals/gaskets and warrantied their work for 24,000 Miles or 2 years. Now that is service!! Metro Ford lost my business for eternity and I will NEVER Recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy... So Aggravating. More
