WARNING -this ford dealership John service management ( gets back to me at his leisure) says to me with my new truck—great now we can take more of your money!!! Worst customer service. Tony esnough —rip of artist’s—-$1500 for one headlight out and tire pressure sensor -brought my truck in several times -lost job time income -messed with my electronics..Did oil change when it was not needed Not Happy!! "Pleasantly surprised!!"

We are passing through on business and we had a headlight out, so we had to get it replaced. We figured we would bite the bullet and go to a dealership and hope they could get it done today. When we arrived they had 2 service lanes. One for appointments, the other for non-appointments. We pulled into the non-appointment line fully anticipating a long wait. The service advisor, I believe his name was David, asked us what we needed and we told him we had a headlight out. He told us to go to the service dept. and get what we needed and bring it out to them. Ok...never had that happen before... We brought the light out to them after purchasing it and immediately installed it! When the gentleman brought the keys out to us, my husband asked him what we owed and he said nothing, have a nice day! We were floored!! Anywhere else we we would have paid $150+!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for not taking advantage of customers!

"Above and beyond service!"

Family and I were driving through when we had an unfortunate incident with a cell phone dropping into a crevice in the console of our 2018 Ford Expedition. Within 10 minutes of stopping at Metropolitan Ford, the service guys had removed the console and received the cell phone and we were on our way! To top it off, the visit was free of charge and they thanked us for stopping.

"Poor Service"

I just received an interesting e-mail from Metro Ford......."we miss you........you have not been in for awhile" I own a 2014 Ford Escape 4x4 that I bought new. It started missing when it had about 5000 miles on it. I brought it in to the service desk many times and for this particular problem and many recalls and the mechanics could not find or correct the missing problem When the 36000 bumper to bumper ran out, I brought it back to them because it was still missing occasionally. I thought because I had that problem for so long that they would take care of it.... Suddenly they found the problem, fixed it and charged me about $400, I explained that they had been looking for the problem since I had about 5000 miles on the car and that I thought they should not charge me but they said this was a new problem. I have all the paperwork but do not have proof of the many times I had it in to the service desk and they told me their was no code so they could not do anything but to bring it back when it was missing, I tried that too when it was missing and the mechanic still was unable to fix it I do not remember the employees names that were involved.......there were many. "Service bulletin repair"

Todd Rutherford went up and beyond knowing my 2014 F350 diesel is one of our work trucks. He understood the situation and got my truck repaired in a very timely manner. I give Todd 5 stars. On the other hand Jes at the service counter was unwilling to help and was quite rude with me on the phone. I give Jes 0 stars. If you have to do any service at this dealership I highly recommend talking with Todd.

Came through the "Quick Lane" and promptly greeted by Faissal Bouanane and got me registered etc. I was in and out of there n 30 minutes and they did a very through job! I cannot recommend this service more. Do not waste your time anywhere else, come here!!! Thank you for the on-going excellent customer service Metropolitan Ford!

My salesman Tony, worked with the service manager Chad, and put a new set of tires on my new Ford Explorer. The ones that came on the vehicle when I purchased it 16 months ago were going bald! Chad did a great job of calling the manufacturer and working to get me in a set a tires that I liked.

"Safety recall handled in a professional and timely manner"

My recall appointment was easy to schedule by phone. The appointment itself was completed within the estimated timeframe and I was notified promptly. All major systems and fluids were checked as an extra precaution to make sure that I could drive away safely.
