We are passing through on business and we had a headlight out, so we had to get it replaced. We figured we would bite the bullet and go to a dealership and hope they could get it done today. When we arrived they had 2 service lanes. One for appointments, the other for non-appointments. We pulled into the non-appointment line fully anticipating a long wait. The service advisor, I believe his name was David, asked us what we needed and we told him we had a headlight out. He told us to go to the service dept. and get what we needed and bring it out to them. Ok...never had that happen before... We brought the light out to them after purchasing it and immediately installed it! When the gentleman brought the keys out to us, my husband asked him what we owed and he said nothing, have a nice day! We were floored!! Anywhere else we we would have paid $150+!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for not taking advantage of customers!
